    Highly recommended

A physician recommended this book to me when my oldest child was 6 months old, waking up in the middle of the night and I looked like a zombie at work. It worked so well that I used it for my next 6 children and all slept through the night usually by the time they were 3 months old as long as they were the proper weight. I found it easy to modify the techniques if some things were impossible for a particular child or time in my life and still got the results. It also helped me if some difficulty arose as children grew and there were sleep issues, usually around the time a new baby came. I think sleep is very important for both children and parents. My youngest is now 7. All my children have good sleeping habits and are well rested to do the activities healthy, active children need to do. The sooner you begin with the techniques the easier it is, but even if it takes a little work for a few days, the results last a lifetime.
