A huge step above the fourth edition.

While the fourth edition does an adequate job of breaking this, sometimes confusing, subject down into a clear and concise language. The fifth edition creates an easy, and even fun, learning curve for those individuals who struggle with Hematology. The case studies are extremely beneficial and there are plenty of "pearls" throughout each chapter to help you narrow your differentials.
