Overview

Humans aren't as alone as they choose to believe. Every human possesses a trait of supernatural that lays dormant within their genetic make-up. Centuries of diluting and breeding have allowed humans to think they are alone and untouched by magic. But what happens when something changes?
Ambrose Griffin is older than most, if not all, civilizations. As each year passes, he submerses himself into his training, only relaxing around his protégée and friend, Shade. After losing his wife and children in the last Angelic Wars, he guards his heart and has no desire to share it with another.
Bookkeeper and romance novel enthusiast, Jamie Bennett dreams of being swept off her feet by a white knight. However, her life is no romance book. Since meeting Ambrose-a sexy, delicious angel-she's been twisted inside out and doesn't know why. Things are happening that she can't control and now her life is in danger.
Balin Drake is stuck in hell, literally. His life of refusing to take souls, even though it's part of his demon nature, has caught up with him. He's dying and now must search for his true half, but even a mating may not save him. When he meets the two people who could fill that part, he'll need to fight for something he hasn't felt in over a century-hope.
Warning: Contains a rigid angel who needs a certain sexy woman to help him unwind, a book keeper who finds herself the creamy center of the best cookie ever, and a demon who has a certain taste for pressing them both against walls.

This is the second book in the Dante's Circle Series and I have to say I enjoyed this book even more than Dust of my Wings. I think it is due to the characters and the twist that Carrie Ann threw into this book. Which I just loved.

Ambrose is very guarded in this and tends to be kind of an ass to Jamie as he doesn't want to end up hurt again. When Jamie ends up in hell Ambrose will do anything even almost start a war to get her back.... Jamie also meets Balin who is just smoking hot in a devil may care sort of way And is shocked to find that a Love Triangle has nothing on her,Ambrose, and Balin when true halves of your soul are found.

Jamie's true self is released while she is in hell shocking all those including herself due to the power she possesses. I think that Jamie might be my favorite so far in this series as she has to go through so much and her "kind" doesn't take to her becoming one of them as easily as Lily's Brownie Family took to her becoming one of them.

Carrie Ann again has kept secondary characters relevant and even give us some more of Lily and Shade :) I am loving this series and can't wait to see what is next in this series as Carrie Ann did leave us with a little taste of what is going to happen next.

*I tried so hard not to ruin this as I hate spoilers but i think i gave some key things away.

Well...nothing like going through hell...in hell.

I absolutely loved Ambrose, Jamie and Balin. I was totally rooting (spelling?) for Ambrose and Jamie together, wasn't expecting a third.

I love the description of hell and all who inhabit it. It is good to know that you can find good anywhere.

Jamie is ready for Ambrose, but unsure about a triad. Who wouldn't be? But, things start to come together and Jamie gets her supernatural ability of.....Ahh well, I won't spoil it.

If you are looking for some action, love and storms, this is a book you will want to read.

The story picks up a year after the first book ends. Both Shade and Lily from the first book are married and now expecting their first born. (It was interesting that the author included bits of information about the other characters the other characters that were in the first book in this as well.)
Jamie is kidnapped and it's up to Ambrose to rescue her but there is something special, that is a unique bond that extremely rare both for the three of them and what Jamie becomes...

This one is better than the first book in the series. It was a bit slow in the beginning but quickly turned around... Enjoyable and had me wanting the next book in the series.
Another solid 5 star read by Carrie Ann.

I LOVED this 2nd book in the Dante's circle series. you have an angel warrior, a demon and a human who maybe not so human after all. Can they survive the demon war going on, and be ready to find out if on or all are true mates? If you love everything paranormal then this book is for you but be warned not for the weak of heart, it has everything imaginable . I cant wait to read the next one and see who is next.

    Awesome book!

Great second book in the series. Its a true-half triad love story. You got Ambrose a warrior angel who is afraid to take a chance because doesn't want to lose it all. His mate, Jamie, a book store owner, doesn't really understand why Ambrose is denying themselves to be mated. She is weak because of it. Jamie is taken to Hell where she meets Balin, Hunter, & Fawkes. Balin, a demon, knows Jamie is his true-half. Its an adventurous story through different realms were Ambrose, Jamie, & Balin have to learn to be true mates. To learn how to love & trust each other. I love the new characters that have come into play which I'm sure we will see in future books.

I am a Carrie Ann Ryan fan and this is my favorite series of hers.  I think because the premise is flippin' awesome.  You take a circle of friends who are all so different and happen to hang out at a dragon shifter's bar (swoon) there is a catalyst (read book one to find out what) and one by one their supernatural traits present themselves and there lives are changed.  Oh and add true love, a bunch of heat, and did I mention... a dragon shifter.

This is book two in the series and focuses on Jamie, who owns a book store (love that).  She also happens to be more than human and is just beginning to discover who she is and what it means.  This book is filled with adventure, an awesome heroine, an angel who is stuck in the past, a demon trying to be more, and oh yes, a dragon shifter.  Can you tell who my favorite is ;) ?  If you love smart heroines who kick butt, super hot angels and demons, unique lore, and a super fun story then this book is probably a perfect fit for you.  This book does have a very hot, very non-traditional relationship, so keep that in mind when deciding this is the book for you.

The second book of the Dante’s Circle is a wild adventure of intrigue, action, romance and a hot triad.
Jamie is one of the human females struck by lightning and as she is awaiting her destiny, she is abducted by a demon that has a grudge against the warrior angel, Ambrose.  Balin is the son of the demon that has brought Jamie to hell and he is dying because he refuses to take human souls.  Ambrose has to get to hell to save them both, because they both are his true-halves. And then the Djinn become involved and they want Jamie out of the picture.
The plot is fast paced with lots of action and suspense that flows smoothly with the romance between the three. The author kept everything balanced and conveyed all the emotional turmoil that each character felt with such accuracy that the reader is drawn into the drama.  Each scene of battle and friendship and romance was painted in vivid clarity making it easy for the reader to picture the entire book.
The characters are strong and believable and portrayed in such a way that they come to life, connecting the reader to this entertaining and engaging read.  This story continues the series with its refreshingly unique world of the supernatural, with more surprising twists throughout the book.  I can’t wait to read the next one in this series.

Before I read a book, I like to read the synopsis, it gets me hyped up about the book. I do this before I watch a movie too, I'll go online and watch the trailer. I know I'm weird. So after reading the synopsis and seeing the cover of this book AND having read one of Carrie Ann's "triads" before in another series that left my heart racing and opened me up to a few new things in the world of romance, I was itching to start Book 2 in her Dante's Circle Series knowing we were going to have a triad.

Her Warriors Three Wishes exceeded my expectations. I love this story.

Jaimie, Ambrose, and Bailin are the perfect triad. They complete each other, which shows Carrie Ann's talent for character development. These characters on their own are amazing, well developed and intriguing but together they are a force to be reckoned with. I love how Jaimie stands strong no matter what she's facing and in this story she faces a lot. As a reader you can't blame Ambrose for his fear and your heart aches for Bailin. Knowing that they will face all the odds and face them together makes this an amazing love story.

On the heat meter I give it a 10!!! I have read M/M before and I love how tasteful Carrie Ann writes it and how as the reader you are not turned off by the chemistry and love between our Alphas, and with Jaimie in the middle of this alpha sandwich the heat just keeps rising.

The world of the Dante's Circle just keeps getting better and deeper. I was very happy with the growth of Carrie Ann's writing from book 1 to this book. Again I know what depths Carrie Ann can take a series to and I can see how deep she will go with this series.

I am a huge fan of Carrie Ann and her work, I happily give Her Warriors Three Wishes, Book 2 in the Dante's Circle Series, 5 out of 5! I think Carrie Ann has a niche for triads and I am happy that there was one in this series and I hope for more.
