Though this book does a good job of covering a nice variety of common as well as a few uncommon herbs and spices, I only wish there were more herbs and spices discussed. It is perfect for someone who is learning about growing or cooking with these ingredients but less helpful for someone, like me, who wants a larger repertoire.
