I have been looking for a good Herbal for quite some time. BUt so far I have been mostly disapointed, because most of teh time you either get only gardener's information, OR medical info Or culinary, This one is finally rolling it into one yet is still a managable size as a book. This is the first book that I read over here that I would call a true Herbal. It is lovingly arranged and classily put together with photographs and old medicinal prints. Definitely a keeper
Can't personally recommend but this was a requested gift for a family member who is a serious gardener. She was very happy to get it! It arrived very fast and is certainly a good value.
