Later this year, my banking career of 43 years will come to an end, with no regrets. Thank you to my family and friends who have encouraged me to tell my story, in support of my "next career" as an Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach (ILEC) (TM).

It's amazing how quickly my 36 consecutive years as a CEO have passed. But fortunately, I have NOT repeated the first year (1987) thirty-five times!
