Library Journal
Nonfiction Hermano rico, hermana rica. Dos caminos distintos hacia Dios, el dinero y la felicidad. (Rich Brother Rich Sister: Two Different Paths to God, Money and Happiness) Kiyosaki, Robert & Emi Kiyosaki. tr. by Alejandra Ramos. U.S.: Aguilar: Santillana. 2009. 400p. ISBN 978-607-11-0234-8. pap. $19.99. MEMOIR This book, a kind of dual memoir, is exceedingly hard to assess. It tells the parallel and strongly contrasted stories of Robert Kiyosaki, well known, if rather controversially so, as the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, and his sister Emi Kiyosaki (the Venerable Tenzin Kacho), who enjoys an eminence of her own as a Buddhist nun. What unites them, according to Emi, is “the search for meaning, belonging, success, and understanding,” but what remains with the reader is the powerful contrast in their approaches to life the humble nun and the entrepreneurial pal of Donald Trump. Meet the Author

Robert T. Kiyosaki
Robert T. Kiyosaki
After growing up watching the financial lives of his "two dads" (his own father and his best friend's) unfold, Robert T. Kiyosaki turned the lessons he learned into the bestselling Rich Dad, Poor Dad line of personal finance guides. No doubt both dads are proud.

Good To Know

On his success, Kiyosaki told us, "I've had all six of my books reach the New York Times bestseller list, which is especially rewarding seeing as I flunked out of high school twice because I couldn't write. It just goes to show you that we learn from our mistakes."

In our interview, Kiyosaki said that his time in Vietnam was "a great experience for me.... I learned that to live in fear of dying was not living. I crashed three times in Vietnam -- but my crews always came back alive."

A major rugby fan, Kiyosaki has played all over the world.

According to Kiyosaki, "the power behind Rich Dad is women -- my business partners Kim Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter."

    Med. Cat Den

A long tunnel with a river on the right leads into a large cave. Light reflects off the river guiding cats down to the shallow and calm pond at the end. Natural shelves provide great places to store herbs. Dirt lines the back of the cave where herbs can be grown. Sunlight peeks through a spiderweb of cracks as wide as a cat's tail. This too can be plugged by apprentices in leaf-bare. There is room for 20+ nests.
