This is a book of logical puzzles from easy to difficult - beginner to genius. The first puzzles are only 25 squares and move progressively to 144 squares in the end. Needless to say, the more squares (numbers), the more challenging. Anyone who has the daily habit of doing Sudoku puzzles, or is addicted to Numbrix will enjoy the challenges in Hidato. Doing the puzzles has raised my self-esteem, seriously. By most accounts, I do not think logically, but I have met these challenge(s) with a gusto! I love Hidato. I do one or two puzzles daily, and am now working at the expert level, about half-way through the 200 puzzles. When I've finished the book, it will find a permanent spot in my library - like a trophy. I'm relieved to know Dr. Gyora Benedek has two others waiting for me.
