Overview

Jesus said, "For everything that is HIDDEN will eventually be brought into the open, and every SECRET will be brought to Light,"(Mk. 4:22)

Could the 7 Pillars or dimensions of Wisdom (Pro. 9:1) possibly be related to the “Key to Knowledge?” Hidden Bible Taboos began as a short essay that just for fun proposed a seven (7) dimension theory of everything (Job 38:5), but I soon discovered that it is the nature of the Universe for PATTERNS to exist in sevens (7s). For example, there are seven (7) types of Matter and seven (7) forms of Energy in the universe. When we consider “Time,” the seven (7) Day calendar week continues to be universal in its observance among all nations and in all times. Space - our earthly physical space is divided up into seven (7) Continents, seven (7) Oceans, and the seven (7) Seas of Antiquity.

After studying the astonishing PATTERN of sevens (7s) in the universe’s numerical DNA, I turned my focus to ancient cultures and was shocked to find that in the ancient wisdom writings including Christianity, the number seven (7) stands for spiritual perfection and divine completeness. For example, the Bible’s book of Isaiah mentions the seven (7) Spirits of God the Father (Isaiah 11:2). The Apostle John mentions the seven (7) Stars of God the Son (Rev. 1:20), and the Apostle Paul mentions the seven (7) Gifts of God the Holy Spirit (Rom. 12:6-8). This incredible DIVINE PATTERN of sevens (7s) cannot be explained by chance or human design. It is in these seven (7) “Pillars of God’s Wisdom”(Proverbs 9:1), that I have experienced a paradigm shift that has opened my eyes to rediscover the origins of the Christian faith - The Ancient Royal Priesthood.

Hidden Bible Taboos is an article anthology that has accidentally uncovered and systematically integrated ancient religious mythologies; archaeological mysteries; scientific PATTERNS; and End Time prophecies. It reveals a “Cosmic Theology; the Christian SUN-god conspiracy; and the Holy Spirit’s Secret Regeneration Operation.” Since this is a work very, very far from perfect, I would like to humbly present what I believe to be the “7 Dimension” origins of ancient religious knowledge and ageless wisdom that has been passed down to us by our ancestors - So put on your 7D glasses!

DEDICATION

To “HIM who rides the ANCIENT SKIES above,”(Ps. 68:33) and to Peter Waldo and the multi-millions of people slaughtered by the Organized Religion of Christianity (Papacy). This revision is dedicated to my loving mother - Phyllis Jean Slobodzien who went to be with the Lord on June 22, 2016. May God rest her soul.

Meet the Author

Jim Slobodzien is a Hawaii licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. Dr. Slobodzien's credentials include a Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology, Argosy University, Honolulu, HI. (1995), a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado Greeley, CO, (1982), and a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Chaminade University Honolulu, HI. (1980). He completed Post-Graduate Education at the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation: Westminster Theological Seminary in Laverock, Pennsylvania (1985). He also holds a Doctorate of Ministry degree from the International Seminary in Orlando Florida (1985). In addition, he is credentialed by the National Registry of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and is an Internationally Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Dr. Slobodzien has over 25 years of public service and mental health experience. He has primarily worked in the fields of alcohol/ substance abuse and poly-behavioral addictions in hospital, court and correctional settings. He has taught graduate level psychology courses as an adjunct professor of Psychology and has also maintained a private practice as a mental health consultant. For the past 20 years, Dr. Slobodzien has been employed as a Military Psychologist providing services to our active duty war veterans. More importantly, after being raised as a Catholic, and while serving in the military, Jim had a Christian conversion experience in 1977, and he was led to a family-home church model of Christianity where he was taught “The Way” to follow Jesus as a life-style apart from any organized religions of Christianity. This unique training and experience of spending time with Jesus in the Family-home Church has guided his study of the Bible for the last 35 years. He has also suffered the abuse of pastoral power in the “Chuck Smith” Calvary Chapel franchise that teaches the cult-like Moses‘ Church government model. This has given Jim compassion for the unchurched, those caught up in the web of religious addiction, and the victims of spiritual abuse and religious extortion of our present day Organized Religion of Christianity. After all, the Bible tells us that Jesus hated the teachings of the Nicholaitans (organized religion), and that the Early Church in an effort to avoid the former pagan practices of building religious temples and financially supporting a specialized professional priesthood, went house to house planting Family-home Churches to reach unbelievers and fulfill the Great Commission. Jim hopes to inspire others to know, understand, and follow the traditions of the first century Early Church as taught by Jesus and the Apostles and revealed in the New Testament Bible. Dr. Slobodzien has authored several "self-published" books and many articles including, “Christian Psychotherapy & Criminal Rehabilitation: An Integration of Psychology and Theology for Rehabilitative Effectiveness,” “Poly-behavioral Addiction and the Addictions Recovery Measurement System (ARMS), and “Hawaii and Christian Religious Addiction: A Survey of Attitudes Toward Healthy Spirituality And Religious Addiction Within Christianity.” Dr. Slobodzien has also developed the 7 Dimension Addiction Treatment Model that has been recognized by the Joint Commission in there leading practices library as a best practice in the medical field of addictions. In addition, Jim is a classic hard rock and roll enthusiast and guitarist, and enjoys motorcycle riding.

I will start by saying this is a wonderful book that I liked much more than I was expecting to! I have read several books on theology and sometimes I get the sense that most are just recycling old information. Well, for this book it seems like I read a lot of new ideas presented in a new way. The content was mostly new to me and laid out in a simple way that is well-written and very easy to follow. James Slobodzien uses his extensive expertise to share his insightful, if not controversial, interactive take on certain elements of religious doctrine and its many – often secretive— roles in society and how it influences human events. Some parts are more interesting than others, some were too ‘dry’ and esoteric for my tastes, but overall it is fast paced, informative, and easy to read… at times impossible to put down! I recommend this book, “Hidden Bible Taboos…” to anyone who wants to attain greater spiritual awareness and see a different side of Christian beliefs that you maybe haven’t realized before. Read it with an open mind and you will be impressed.

wow, what a crazy fascinating book! I’m not one for rehashing the plot (that’s what the extensive summary is for on the book description page), but trust me when I say you’ve never read anything like this before! It’s quite dense and is not for the stupid or feeble minded… trust me. It is pretty long, but laid out in a very easy-to-follow format, with the chapter descriptions clearly outlining each subject it will cover. The writing is so easy to get sucked into, and the subject matter is fascinating! Witches, demons, Hell, Oh My! I’m not even particularly all that religious, but I was so caught up in this book and reading James Slobodzien’s insightful (and sometimes mind-blowing) perspectives of different “taboo” Biblical elements, how it relates to modern life and the extensive research to back it up. Some parts were really juicy, and I actually feel like I learned a lot! It’s not a fast and easy read by any stretch, but it will take you through new concepts and perspectives that you’ve never thought of before. Very cool.

"Hidden Bible Taboos Forbidden By Organized Christianity” by James Slobodzien is definitely one of the more “different” books I’ve read in a very long time. It was such an interesting mix of almost everything, it is really hard to just sum up or categorize it easily. It is very engaging and the author writes with great knowledge and passion as he takes on the Bible and scripture in a way that no one has, and asks questions that I thought were relevant and eye opening, to say the least. I knew that the number seven (7) was prominent in the Bible, but I never knew just how much or why… I was so impressed with the depth of Slobodzien’s detailing on his theories and the biblical evidence to source/support it. At times I did feel it could have used some trimming down as it felt a bit repetitive and lacked some focusing, and the formatting made it hard to read (all left-justified with block text). But that said, I did enjoy it very much, even more than I expected. I liked how Mr. Slobodzien writes, very down-to-earth and relatable, yet very intelligent and entertaining. And all in all was an enjoyable, and very different, type of read.

well this book took me a while to read, but in the end I’d say it was definitely worth it! I like how everything came together, and I enjoyed reading this unusual book! The appendix at the end was very impressive too… Anyways, although the author writes of Biblical text and ideas, the themes and events that happen are relatable to modern day – I was impressed to see events even as recent as the Oregon Shooting (10/2/15) included in the book and relating it to an argument the author posits. I think James Slobodzien writes very well… very descriptive and strong and we feel like we are listening to a friend speak to us. The editing is near flawless, with the exception of the block formatting which was at times a bit frustrating. Overall an intelligent and educational, if not surreal, book that is interesting even if religious literature or history isn’t your thing – there is enough scandal and sex and evil to keep anyone enthralled and see things in a new light.

If you are looking for a terrific book on how learn more about Christian beliefs and look at some passages of the Bible in a new, brave way, then I would definitely recommend this book. The author James Slobodzien such a great writer and teacher, he communicates directly in simple terms. I thought it was really interesting the way he would cover certain topics that we might not even think about and then put them in a new light- even simple things like Easter… not to mention the more complex ideas of War, Sex, Satan, Idolatry, etc, etc, etc… Gives a very ‘well-rounded’ approach that is practical and relatable to everyday readers, not just those who are really religious or even highly trained in church doctrine. He clearly explains his ideas and positions and supports his beliefs in an impressive and comprehensive manner, Chock-full of great ideas, analyses, and wisdom applicable to almost anyone with any interest in Christianity. Highly recommend.

whether you are an expert and well-versed in Church doctrine or just starting out, this book by James Slobodzien is an invaluable source of information. The way Mr. Slobodzien writes clearly and simply defines specific problems and lays out his interpretations and connections to our lives makes this a must-read if you are serious about having the most information and educating yourself about the Bible and its many secrets.. Obviously not every person will think that everything written here is true, depending on your belief system. But there is plenty of specific beneficial information here that is inspiring and thought- provoking. I highly recommend it, and even if you aren’t a Christian it is a heck of a read that can give great insight and teach more about some of the lesser known aspects of this great religion.

This book is really thought provoking for today's believer! Like myself, you will find many "ooos" and "aahs" moments in this teaching. Even though I am nowhere near finishing the material I am blessed already and will be much more filled by the end of this project! Definitely will be rereading when I am finished! Get your copy if you are ready to come up higher in the deep things of God!
