Internet Book Watch
Two new books in the Ulysses Press "Hidden" series provide revised, updated editions to reflect the latest information onundiscovered byways still available in popular destination spots. Ray Riegert's Hidden Hawaii appears in its 10th updated edition covering all six islands and revealing rainforests, dive sites, ancient villages and hiking opportunities. From camping to groceries and shopping, this covers all the basics. The second edition of Robert Kay's Hidden Tahiti & French Polynesia (144-7 $17.95) covers Tahiti travel and outdoors possibilities and includes 'lost island' destinations as it tells of out of the way and secluded areas. Both are inviting take-along totes.

    Too broad in scope

I bought this book and was very disappointed with where it took me. None of the listings were devoid of Joe Tourist. I don't think 'Hidden' is possible in Hawaii anymore.
