Editorial Reviews

Paperback Dolls - Doll Believer
Emma Holly is one of my favorite authors and Hidden Talents reaffirms this! Holly manages to create characters that are personable, intelligent, flawed & sexy. Her heroines are always smart & full of quirks while her heroes are insanely romantic.

Hidden Talents is the perfect package of Supes, romance, mystery and HEA!

One sexy yet deep story about love, friendship, and doing the right thing, no matter the cost.

Emma Holly¿s Hidden Talents contains a wonderful mix of reality and fantasy/paranormal creatures and events. Ari and Adam are your key characters and WOW, are they hot together.

When telekinetic and healer, Ari, tracks the vile Eunuch to the pocket-reality / town Resurrection, NY, she meets Adam, the Alpha Were and lead detective for the RPD. The intro scene with the Were¿s is too funny (who knew were¿s could be so amusing and petty at the same time ¿ oh and do NOT pig out on the donuts, lol)

In Hidden Talents you have vampires, elves, fae, were¿s, gargoyles (gotta love Garth!) among many others. The struggle for Ari isn¿t just the tracking and destruction of the Eunuch but also learning to trust and love. One note: so few authors give magic personal drawbacks, Emma has a unique take on what it costs to have talents and magic . . . fantastic!

This is one sexy yet deep story about love, friendship, and doing the right thing, no matter the cost. The world creation was amazing, characters very real even with their ¿unique¿ natures, and how often do you find an Alpha that blushes? I recommend this to any that love m/f paranormal romance! The sex is hotter than HOT!

    Not her best work

I love Emma Holly, she has written books that I love to read over and over, but this book is not one of them. It is not well written or well edited. It is too long, and there is absolutely no tension or connection between the characters other than her telling you there is. I could not get past page 200, and it was over 500 pages long.
