Easy to understand overview of what's going on with your body and the potential consequences. Excellent book if you've just been diagnosed and could not take in all of the doctor's explanation & recommendations.

This is a plain and easy book on high blood pressure. I am going to use it as a reference for my next checkup ..I now know the right ? to ask my doc. The human heart does alot of stuff ..alot of actions take place, I learned how I can play a part in health
