A good description of what to expect during each day of a 7-day Juice Fast. With several tips and suggestions about what foods will help the most for each phase of the Fast. Also emphasizes the importance of Before and After the Fast (I think a lot of Juicing material skimps on this; glad to see it here).
I'd say it's an adequate introduction to the concept, but you really want more in-depth information before actually starting a Fast, and the various juice suggestions lack the detail of a true"recipe" to follow.
