Yayz! Great job, Zilla! A bit short, though. Of course, all my stories have nine, ten page chapters. So. :P Continue!

    Death Upon Arrival: Prolouge

Giovani silently pushed the key into the lock, twisting until it gave a quite click. He returned the small, worn-out key to his trouser pocket, before easing the door open. The con man slipped inside his hotel room, taking off his hat, and very slowly easing off the bird-like mask, which he had used that day. He flung both carelessly onto a wooden chair, having no need for them. "Out of sight, out of mind...." Giovani mumbled to himself. It was always awful work, treating those with the Black Death. Sick people always disturbed him. He made his way along the dirty wooden flooring. He turned around, having forgotten to take off his cloak. The moment he did so, a loud gasp escaped him, for in front of him, stood a strange woman, who held a scythe in hand. A papery smile twisted her lips upwards, as she took a step forward. "Hello, Sir. I've come to take your life...."
So. There you have it. A story about a reaper, and a con man, in Venice Italy. It's not the best, I know. But I decided I might as well give it a try, so please. Enjoy! If I get enough people to like the Prolouge, I'll post chapter one soon.
G.D.Z
