A Stunning End to a Superb Series!!!

I've loved all the Donovan heroes, but Jacob is my favorite. The author has made him a strong man in a dangerous profession (fighting oil field fires), but also appealing and vulnerable - not an easy thing to do. I loved the star-crossed lovers theme of the book and found the child, Benjy, to be simply enchanting. HIGHER THAN EAGLES is a stunning end to a superb series!

    LEADERS DEN

A cavern with linchen hanging over the entrance. A nest made of moss feathers and lavendar was in the corner. A small pile of the leaders favorite freshkill was next to it. There was mint around the cavern for a nice fresh scent.

    Loved the Donovan clan

Just finished book 5 and I loved each and every one of them. There were times I laughed and cried and was even shocked. I truly love series like these when you learn about the whole family. I just wish they would go on forever. I think my favorite of the five books would have to be Hallies Destiny.
