Loved the first one, but this one just dragged on with repetitive scenes. The story picks up exactly where book 1 ended, after Zack confesses the secret from his dark past. She leaves him, with good reason, and the first half of the book is spent with their backs and forths. He becomes this obssesive, possesive stalker and she is no more than a teaser giving mixed signals. The second half gets better as his past comes back to haunt them and there is better communication between them. Still, the truth is quite predictable and, in my opinion, anticlimatic. Overall, it was disappointing. Add to that the many grammatical errors. This usually does not bother me, but with an already weak story it added to the overall feeling that the book was rushed for publication and not properly developed. The only good thing is that we do get a HEA. The next books in the series are about other characters, but I won't be buying them.

Really enjoyed this deeply emotional and sexy 2 book series. There were some editing errors that forced me to reread some sentences but the story more than compensated for these errors. The errors are the only reason this is not a five star review. Even though Zach is yet another billionaire, alpha male character he was set apart from the mundane by his intense worship and dedication to Bethany. He was not afraid to tell her how much he craved her and why. At one point I was a little annoyed at Bethany's stubborness but when I stepped back to consider how I would react to the bomb dropped on her at the end of book one I felt her reactions were well within reason. The dark secret that Zach kept from her was something that could certainly happen in the real world too which I really liked about the story. The characters and story being realistic and the deep emotions it evoked were the two main reasons I loved this story. Also can't forget about Zach's high level of integrity and the pulse pounding naughtiness in the bedroom that was an added bonus. Just a hint of BDSM in their sexcapades but not overwhelming in the least. Give this a read, I promise you won't regret it!

4.5 Stars Let me just say that this man can grovel with the best of them but somehow it's never quite what she's looking for. He can't lose her. She's his everything. She thinks he doesn't love her and that he's obsessed and thinks of her as his possession. If he never lets her know all of him and trusts her with his truths, what they have is just sex and that's definitely not enough. He can't talk about Farrah because he signed an NDA six years ago. Foolishly he waits a very long time to tell Bethany that. I love the story of Zachary Savage, owner of the Indigo Lounge and events planner Bethany Green. Told with great detail, nothing left to question, the story was filled with amazing sex, obsession and a love so deep it often hurts. Zara Cox definitely has a way with words. I can't wait to read book 3 in the Indigo Lounge series. Received a copy in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed is my own.

I enjoyed the second book more than the first--- although Bethany gave mixed signals to Zach. She never matured from the first book.

I waited until both books were out before reading them. The first book was better. This book again proves that with about another 25 to 30 pages or less, this could have been a complete book and would have been so much better. Paying extra would not be a problem. Sure beats paying for an unfinished book an forgetting it by the time next one is out. I will not read this author again.

Excellent read. Waited to until it was finished so I wouldn't have to wait to see what happens - HATE THAT. There will be more Indigo Lounge but they will be different characters' stories. Can't wait.
