This book had some wonderful sequences that most others ignore, such as hip and heart-centered sequences, as well as the well-known sun-salute.Honestly, I felt it could have used some more sequences. The 'girly' parts, about responsible shopping and home spas were cute, but of course only if you're into that type of thing.
