The others add to the insanity, with Jason battling video games, Paige searching for a personal assistant, Peter eating and eating, and Andy stressing through it all.Everyone experiences day-to-day turmoil in their family life, which is why Bill Amend's FoxTrot Collection is sure to resonate with readers across the globe.

Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble
To escape the monotony of his boring office job, Roger Fox begins to spin a fledgling spy novel, starring, surprisingly enough, a thinly veiled version of himself. As Roger writes his thriller, other Fox family members are trafficking in their own peculiar brands of winning madness. The 25th collection of "FoxTrot" comic strips is one of the best.
School Library Journal
Adult/High School-This collection lives up to the appeal of its 16 predecessors. Hyperintelligent and annoying Jason seems to be growing up, but he's still capable of tormenting his older siblings, Paige and Peter, as they go through the trials of high school exams. Amend is consistently funny and occasionally insightful, and the three youngsters, as well as their parents, Roger and Andy, cover the spectrum of family dynamics. A series of comics featuring excerpts from their father's painful attempts at writing a spy novel is particularly amusing. Amend's drawings are clean and consistent, and both the artistic style and the mischievous source of humor evoke memories of Bill Watterson's "Calvin and Hobbes" titles.-Paul Brink, Fairfax County Public Library System, VA Copyright 2003 Reed Business Information.

    Just plain terrible

Amend is clearly running out of ideas. Easily the worst of the series.
