    Absolutely loved it!

I loved that the author melded the two worlds (the fairy realm) and Earth (mortals) through a strong love story. The plot was great, with it's twists and turns and the unexpected ending. If you perchance read THE MACGRUDER BROTHERS series, then you will love this one as well. The author provides such real details in her stories, that it really made me want to travel to Schotland. HIS ENCHANTMENT sets the stage for the beginning of the series, the adventures and loves of the MacGruder Boys... (I should say hunks). I was almost sad to see the series end since she provided stories for each of the main characters. HIS ENCHANTMENT would be a wonderful place to start the series if you haven't already. If you love a good love story set in beautiful Scotland, you will LOVE this series. Be sure to check out the others:
    His Captive,
    His Conquest
    His Woman,
    His Destiny
    His Seduction
and of course His Enchantment (which I would read first, but that's just me)
They are all wonderful adventures with guys I'd love to escape with. They are all real page turners. I when from one to the other in record time... Now I'll just go back and re-read them slower to be sure I caught every detail.

Full of sweet romance, faerie magic, and surprising betrayals, H

Full of sweet romance, faerie magic, and surprising betrayals, His Enchantment was a lovely historical romance. I really enjoyed reading this fantastic book. Loved it!

For those who have read previous books  in the MacGruder Brothers series, this book is like a prequel. We've been hearing about the mysterious grandmother and her faerie magic and her stones that lead her grandchildren to their true loves. Now, we find out where that all came from. We find out that she was actually a faerie princess who fell in love with a human man. We find out exactly what happened to cause the feud between the brothers. We find out where the stones come from. For those who have read the series, it's pretty awesome. But, even if you haven't read the series, this book is still just wonderful.

Catarine was a great heroine. Since she is a faerie princess, she know how to fight, which made her a force to be reckoned with. Not to mention she was very clever. I really liked her. I thought she was a wonderful character.

Tralin was also amazing. He was super sweet. He's very loyal to what he believes in and to his loved ones. He might have been a human in a faerie battle, but don't underestimate him. He definitely proved himself as a hero. I adored him. He was sweet, strong, devoted, and just wonderful.

The romance was lovely. These two were very sweet together. I liked how their feelings slowly grew. And, the sparks between them were hot. It wasn't the focus of their relationship, the focus being more on their growing feelings, but, when it happened, it was steamy. I thought they were a lovely couple.

The plot was fast paced. I was hooked the entire way through. I never suspected the full extent of who was being the assassinations. I really enjoyed the story and I thought the ending was perfect.

His Enchantment was a lovely historical romance. I really enjoyed reading it. For those who have read the series, you will love this look into the infamous grandmother's story. For those who haven't yet started the series, this is a fantastic romance all the same. Any lover of romance definitely has to check this book out.
