    Great read

Should have known it was a series only 130 p , good start but not sure I want to get next two especially when the third one is about another couple according to the overview ? I hate unfinished books, I don't mind a series but u have to have all parts available and I don't think they r so I'm not going to read anymore. Next time right a full book and charge 5 or 6 dollars.

even if I looked past the several grammatical errors, this story

even if I looked past the several grammatical errors, this story just didnt work for me. more time was spent describing the surroundings than getting deeper
into the characters to make the reader understand their connection. I find it hard to believe that a woman (even a young one like Ashley) wouldnt think twice about a man approaching
her in a break room the way Xander did after speaking a handful of words to each other (and he insulted her during those words too).
and when you should have delved into the characters connection more, you end the story abruptly and expect me to pay 2.99 to continue? sorry, its not going to happen.

I generally don't like books that show the heroine giving up her

I generally don't like books that show the heroine giving up her own voice and desires to please a man. But after seeing who this woman didn't really have voice enough to speak her own desires, I understood not to expect much. It was an okay quick read but I don't know how willing I will be to spend money on the rest of this series.

    good read

Ashley is a student in college working as a caterer waitress trying to build up work experience. Her friend gets her a chance to waitress at an Art Gallery. She unknowingly at first meets the owner/benefactor of the Gallery. There is some suspense and somewhat romantic situations. Enjoyed reading it.

    Sensual and emotionally engaging.

Ashley is in desperate need of a second chance. Life hasn't been going her way, and when she gets a chance to take a waitressing job to bring in some much needed funds she jumps at the chance. The only warning she received was to stay away from Xander, the dark and mysterious stranger. Unfortunately, she can't deny the pull she feels towards him, and when he seems to be interested in her as well, she must choose between following her head or her heart.

First in a series, this novella length story captured my attention from the first page. The characters are complex, the sexual chemistry is undeniable and the storyline is engaging. A well written beginning to this captivating series. The ending will leave you breathless and wanting more!

    Short but Sweet

I just finished reading the second book of this series. Both books were short & sweet. About 150 pages each. I read in 1-2 days. I would have liked it to be at least 300 pages. I enjoyed the story line and look foreard to reading parts 3 & 4.

    Nice!

I really enjoyed this book. It was alittle short (under 200 ) pages & needed a little editing, but overall I liked the story and I plan on reading the next book.
