    Must have for dog owners!

    Wish I would have found this book when my friend was a pup, the information and guidance I obtained from it, is amazing. Such unknown, info outthere that can harm your pet. Much needed and practical information for dog owners that want a natural, long, happy, healthy life for their best friend. A MUST READ!!!!

    Best Holistic Guide on the Market

    This is a truly informative and easy to follow book! A must have for anyone considering Holistic care and feeding of our canine companions. A book that not only tells you how but why.

    A Not-So-Great Guide

    This book, although fairly detailed, is still not a very informative book. It offers a lot of advice on things including diet and health care, but it's far from "holistic" advice.

    The author recommends inappropriate foods and incomplete diets that are little better than commercial kibbles, has her own opinion on vaccinations (which is neither holistic nor traditional), isn't very in-depth on many things, and inserts far too many anecdotes to "prove" a point.

    This may be an okay book for folks new to holistic care or biologically appropriate diets, as the information given is still better than more traditional veterinarians or dog food companies are going to shell out, but it isn't very informative for those who already know a thing or two. Be wary of sticking to this book and this book alone, there are far better and more in-depth books available!
