    what a useful book

    I loved the variety of recipes, the hints for success with a number of ingredient types, and the usefulness of cooking once, eating twice.

    Love it!!!!

    I have tried 4 recipes from this cookbook and I love them!!! Highly recommend. I am on Weight Watchers and this is a great book to try!

    A fantastic collection of recipes!

    I think the recipes as well as the information on prep, cooking, freezing, etc is so terrific that I bought 4 more books to give as gifts!
