About the Author

Sati Achath is a cartoonist, caricaturist, author, hand shadow puppeteer, ventriloquist, and magician. His caricatures have been published in more than 25 US national newspapers.

Sati is the author of the book, Hollywood Celebrities Basic Things You’ve Always Wanted to Know, Volume 1. His first book was Fun with Hand Shadows.. He was a quarter-finalist on NBC’s 2008 America’s Got Talent, and he has been featured on The Late Show with David Letterman, CNN, ABC, CBS, and many other television channels in the US and abroad.
Sati works as a Project Evaluation Specialist for the World Bank in Washington D.C. He holds four master's degrees and he speaks six languages. Sati lives with his wife and daughter in Bowie, Maryland.

I liked this book a lot. The author takes numerous celebrities and makes great caricatures of them. Good job. You will find a lot of information on each celebrity. You also can see what Awards they won and he has a great Glossary at the back of the book telling you what different rewards are for. What I found most interesting was the information on the family. I enjoyed this book, it is a fun and interesting book that anyone who just wants to know can. All in all a very nice read.

The book is a collection of expertly drawn caricatures combined with celebrity stories about some of Hollywood's top thespians. His amazing artwork is a spot on match to his magical shadow puppet masterpieces that we all came to love on America's Got Talent in 2008.
