    The Best of its kind

I'm in the process of breaking into the industry and just picked up this book, hoping for some tips. What I got was a whole lot more. Not only does the author provide inside info on the industry (including some entertaining and eye-opening anecdotes), but she offers up her own personal philosophy of how to achieve success in this crazy business-- and it's one I hadn't been exposed to before. I found it incredibly inspiring and it's motivated me to actually organize my own practical "to do" list that I now use almost everyday. Highly recommended for other newbies like myself-- and some veterans might find it useful too.
