    I Also Recommend:

Harold Lloyd's Hollywood Nudes in 3D very well may redefine your understanding of the "4th dimension"...as you will be guaranteed to allot a greater deal of "time" than you had imagined on it, thus losing all sense of its passage

In this new compendium of collections of nude and semi nude female beauties shot and doctored into that most elusive and enduring ideal of photographic sense-shattering, "3d optical illusions", created and obsessed over by American Motion Picture silent screen comedy legend Harold Lloyd, one will find themselves enmeshed and wafted away into a hitherfore unimagined realm of optical treachery, sensical wizardry and cerebral grandeur not normally seen in conventional nude photography.

Most avidly noted for his work alongside the likes of Buster Keaton and the far more ill-fated (perhaps rightfully so) Fatty Arbuckle, Lloyd often worked with great dexterity and attention to detail on creating intriguing photographic assemblages involving some of the most beautiful women I've seen in a nude portfolio, which he would then later convert into classic 3d imagery in his own private photo doctoring studio.

The results often, as one may well imagine, blur the line between fantasy and surrealism (if that isn't too non-sensical, in and of itself). If fantasy can be described as that which one imagines one can possess, and surrealism is that which cannot even be imagined to exist, much less imagine to possess, then Lloyd presents a host of photographs which implode the conventions of nude photography, scenic photography and optical effects as one's very notion of what should capture one's attention is forever made to melt into the heartbreakingly evocative landscapes surrounding many of his location shots, staged throughout southern California and elsewhere.

Even as one would suspect to generally be enthused by the spectacle of many of the singularly beautiful women suffusing this tome, when one enters the realm of the truly wonderful headlong, via the pair of included 3d glasses, suddenly waterfalls undulate in menacing and totalitarian uniformity beyond and behind that buxom brunette gazing into it's potent gaze. Entire regions of the Rio Grande before which a certain comely blond lass has been positioned suddenly beckon the viewer to enjoy the majesty of its natural, centuries-long hewn environment--thus, momentarily dwarfing in importance the power of the beautiful blond woman, herself exposed to the elements.

Then again, the women depicted in this book are all of such extraordinary luminosity and figurative-pleasant proportions that the dwarfing they may suffer from the elements does not last long, in any way, shape or form.

Harold Lloyd apparently worked tirelessly in his spare time to appropriate models for his work, as well as dreaming of new and inventive locales, studios settings, workshops and set designs to integrate into his work so as to embolden the tenor of the 3d experience for the viewer. Lloyd has been so self-admittedly obsessed that he refered to the experience as his own "padded cell".

In that vein, I would suggest that any purchaser of this immaculately well-proportioned and well-priced tomb do as I had done: visit a local toy store and purchase additional 3d classes, as the book only arrives prepackaged with one pair. Thus, one would be able to share in the majesty of this particular testament to an American visionary with others, ad infinitum.

In addition, one should perhaps even go so far as purchasing additional copies of the entire book, as well (as you most certainly cannot and will not be allowed any access to mine).
