    I Also Recommend:

A must read for anyone in the field of the mind, especially psychologists/psychiatrists.

This book was awesome! The information contained within is very relevant and fills in a lot of gaps left by traditional psychology theories. There is a bit of science and theory, so it may be a tougher read for the casual reader, but if you stick through it, your mind will grow. The chapter that discusses pregnancy and what the unborn baby experiences was....WOW!! This book also details Holotropic Breathing. It's amazing what one experiences with Holotropic Breathing, I've experienced it once since reading this book and am seeking a local practitioner so I may continue.
