Editorial Reviews

Gramophone
That David Lloyd-Jones is a Holstian of genuine insight I have not the slightest doubt.... Lloyd-Jones masterminds a strong account, and Clare Rutter is an admirable soloist. A valuable addition to the Holst discography.
BBC Music Magazine - Stephen Johnson
It's the most impressive performance of The Planets I've heard for quite a while. The RSNO is on excellent form, and David Lloyd-Jones controls the pacing and brings out the character of each movement with exceptional skill.
