I have yet to be able to read my Bible using this edition. I'm not sure what is wrong, but BN says it has to do with the eBook and that it should be repaired soon. I haven't seen anything yet.

I got this for my Nook. It is actually easier to navigate than I thought it would be. I previously downloaded a free KJV Bible off of Gutenburg.org, but it's organization and search were horrible on the Nook. This version from B&N is actually pretty good. You can click on "Go To" and then click on "Chapters" and it will list out all the Books of the Bible (Genesis - Revelation) as a chapter. CLick on whatever book of the Bible you wanna read. When that book comes up click on "Search" in the touchscreen and then type in the chapter and verse you wanna read and voila! there you have it. (Example- searching for John 3:16: Click GoTo>Chapters>Book of John then Click Search and type in 3:16).
I would recommend this eBible to anyone wanting the Bible for their Nook or other ereader.

I paid 2.99 for this electronic bible. Saying: "You get what you pay for." I am able to read the first page, however when I attempted to go to a different chapter to read I was not able to. If you want to read the bible from beginning to end, you will be satisfied. If you want to read sections of the bible, you may not be able to do so.
I hope that someone else creates an e-book. I would like to be able to read go to different sections. There is no table of contents, etc. I wish that I was able to get a refund. I archived it, even though I really wanted to delete it altogether.

After purchasing, downloaded it to the Nook (software version 1.4.1). It worked first time without issue. All books within this edition showed, all were selectable, chapter listing worked well and organization was good. I've had no lockups so far. Search is good but a little cumbersome. The search capability requires a couple of searches to find a given verse. First select the book/chapter by searching something like Ecclesiastes. It takes a minute or so as it has 1510 pages to search. It took me to the beginning of Ecclesiates. Then did a second search like 3:1 in the chapter. Took me to Ecclesiastes 3:1 without issue and quicker (just a few seconds) than the initial chapter search. Seems to be one of the better I've tried and worth the $2.99 paid. Would recommend it.

I read bad reviews about this eBible but It was so inexpensive, I took a chance. It did lock up a time or two, but the more I used it, the better it worked. It is a good Bible for reading entire chapters. It is NOT good for looking up individual chapters and verses. The "chapters" are really the books of the Bible.
In summary, the more you use this Bible, the better it works.

I have purchased the 9.99, 4.99 and .99 Bible ebooks and without a doubt, this is the best one. For Example, the Go to / Page scroll accurately displays the book as you move from page 1 to page 1510.
The best feature is that the verses are referenced with both the chapter and verse, i.e 3:16 as opposed to just using 16 as most other ebooks use. Therefore, you can select find and type 3:16 and then move to next or previous 3:16 found. This allows you to use Go to / Chapter select John then use Find and type 3:16 to find the verse within 30 seconds. This is 4X FASTER than ebooks without the chapter:verse.
Another option equally as fast is to use the Go to / Page and Scroll to a book before your verse(Matthew, Mark, or Luke) and then select find 3:16 and tap find next 3:16 to get there. Again less than 30 seconds, yes still 2 to 3 times longer than flipping to the page, but much faster than other ebooks.
