Everyone wants to be home for the holidays…

The Forgetful Bride

Caitlin Marshall's trying to go home to Minnesota, but at the last minute she gives her airline ticket to a stranded soldier. So Cait spends Christmas with Joe Rockwell, who was a childhood friend—and is still a terrible tease, claiming that Cait's his wife. Oh, sure, they were "married" in a pretend ceremony when she was eight, but now Joe wants to make their "marriage" real!

When Christmas Comes

Emily Springer trades her Leavenworth, Washington, home for Charles Brewster's Boston condo. Then Emily's friend Faith comes to visit her in Washington—and instead finds Charles, a complete stranger and a curmudgeon, to boot. His brother, Ray, meanwhile, shows up at Charles's place, only to discover Emily living there. But through all the mix-ups and misunderstandings, among the chaos and confusion, romance begins to emerge….

    Not worth the money spent

This reads like something a beginner would write. The whole story is so very predictable.I kept thinking that their was going to be a huge surprise ending but that did not happen. After the first few pages you can pretty much figure out where the story is going to go.Dull read, dull story concept.Huge disappointment.

    Home for the Hollow Days

I really don't usually contribute negative comments about literature because of how difficult writing truly is. I admire authors. But honestly this book was one of the most predictable, weak, and just plain adolescent books I've read in a long time. It was so ridiculous it was excrutiating to finish. Many of us read to escape but this book was so unbelievable as to be an insult to anyone with a sliver of common sense. It was honestly a waste of good reading time. Maybe some of Ms. Macomber's other works are wonderful but honestly I think I'll steer clear.

    Just okay

I love to read I just couldn't get into this one. So predictable from page one. Character a bit annoying and immature. Just not a great read. Not really even good.

Easy reading, Sweet Story, nice applause for the military

As the spouse of a Soldier, I love positive anything for the military. They give so much and this book gives a sweet gesture to a Soldier.

The story was sweet and nice and very feel good. Worth the money. I didn't want to put it down.

    Feel-Good Reading!

I stumbled across Debbie Macomber by accident and I'm so glad I did! "Where Angels Go" was my first read and I've been searching for her titles every since. "Home for the Holidays" is the perfect recipe for getting into the Christmas Spirit. Each story is warm, filling, and sincere...just like Christmas should be!
