I purchased one - impulse buy - at Barnes and Noble, originally for my desk at home. But - it is so ornate and beautiful - I decided to put it on my bookshelf - peering out at everyone as they walk in. It's simply gorgeous! The very next day - I decided to buy another one (a bit darker colored one) for my desk at work! I'm simply in love with these owls - the next time I need a unque gift for someone - I'll be buying my third! They are simply beautiful!

A  beautiful crafted piece.  It is of substantial weight, and will do any desk an honor.  Also, I have heard that an owl in your home is good luck. .  It sure can't hurt.  I highly recommend this piece to everyone.

It took a while to arrive, but it is very cute and feels solid. Great addition to my desk.

Very adorable and high quality item. I think it probably works better as a decoration than a paperweight.

I got this owl paperweight as a gift. I love owls and I thought it was beautiful!!! I didn't even know it was a paper weight until now that I am seeing it here… I do know that I would not give it back, give it away, return it, sell it, lose it, break it, hide it… this owl is mine and I'm displaying because it is darling as heck!!

I bought one as a parting gift for a coworker and friend. I loved it so much, I need to get back there and get myself one. My friend just loved it as well. Very beautiful and I love that it is hand painted.
