This Backpack is very well designed and stylish I get compliments on it all the time. It's durable and holds a well amount of items depending on how big the items are. Personally I use it to carry around my journal and sketch book and a few other books to read. Also has a a few pockets inside including a secret zipper pocket. I Love this Backpack I take it with me everywhere.

The backpack is good quality, it looks great, and what you see is what you get. HOWEVER it is not a good size for a backpack. I am not sure if it matches the dimensions shown as I have not taken measurements of it. I can say that it is more the size of a purse. If you are just planning to carry a notebook and snacks then this will do, but if you want to be carrying textbooks, multiple notebooks, lunch, water, and so on then I do not recommend it. I will be returning it because even though I won't carry all of my textbooks at once it is not big enough for my needs.

This is a great backpack! It has an outside pocket that works pretty well. It also has pockets inside to put pencils and pens, and are big enough to fit index cards. What I love about this backpack is that the inside is neon orange which brightens the whole backpack!! I use this backpack for school and carries all my stuff pretty well. Overall, A great backpack and I totally reccomend this!!! :)

This bag was really great. It fits all my stuff including a book or e-reader. Unfortunately the front sipper didn't ever work smoothly and 6 months after I purchased it broke. I bought another one just yesterday and I'm hoping to have better luck with this one.

This bag is extremely cute and the leather isn't cheesy at all - I went to Barnes and Noble yesterday and picked one up for college after seeing it online because it's time to retire my Lucky tote for a while. It's not really great in terms of holding textbooks and binders but the space is decent since I can hold my sunglasses, make up bag, planner, etc. easily and the inside zipper leaves a space for my wallet to be put safely which is a + especially living in N.Y. :-)

Does anyone know whether Barnes and Noble have ever paid the designer Diana Rubio for her design ? I read last year that she never got a dime for her work. It's a great looking little backpack and I want to but both colors but not until I know she's been satisfactorily compensated.

I bought this backpack for work. Holds all my essentials and even a small water bottle in the side pockets. Inside pockets are super convenient and the material is strong. The top handles make it easy for me to carry on the crowded subway. Not recommened as a school bag unless you do not have a lot of things to carry.

I love this bag. It's perfect for carrying my planner, cosmetics, wallet, and miscellaneous items. I planned to buy the khaki colored version of this style, but have decided not to do so since there is a question as to whether or not the designer was properly compensated. In the past, I've bought the items designed by FIT students at Barnes and Noble as a way to support the cause of a new and bright designer coming on to the fashion scene. Now, the whole situation leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I feel very much mislead.

I've had this bag for about a year. I'm a college student and on average I don't carry more than maybe one textbook, a notebook, and sometimes my tablet in here. If you carry more, like everyone else said, I wouldn't recommend this bag as it is pretty small. I did have a problem though after about 9 months when the front pocket zipper broke. The teeth of the zipper won't line up anymore. It's still usable though, but I would recommend being easy on the zipper.

To be honest, I've been lusting after this backpack for years. I finally caved and bough it. Best decision ever! This backpack has been to Turkey and back with me, and still looks brand new. It's very durable and I love the double handle features, which allows you to carry it as a handbag if you so choose. It is a little smaller than I'm used to, but otherwise it's a great buy!

I am very impressed with the quality and detail. Both the outer and lining material are heavy and durable. Very satisfied with my purchase.

i bought this bag not knowing if it would be able to hold all my things or if it would be comfortable but having and using it for about two months now, i can say that it HAS held all my belongings (books, journals, art supplies, jacket, and then some) and its still in good condition. Its perfect for walking to class or just going out. (everyone seems to think it looks nice so thats a plus!)

This is a great backpack. I usually never leave reviews, yet, I felt that I had to leave a comment. Like other reviewers have said, this backpack is durable and holds a lot of items. It has a great amount of pockets, including a zipper pocket that blends into the fabric on the inside. I loved that the interior is bright orange. At first I wasn't sure about the straps, but they are extremely comfortable, and it's easy to walk a long distance without having your arms being chafed. Also liked, and appreciate the slider in the front. It secures, and keeps your items safe, so that if someone opens your bag they have to loosen the slider first. Luckily, the bag is deep enough so that your items aren't visible. I just recieved the bag in the Olive color this morning, and it is beautiful. I know that I will get years of use out of this bag, and am so happy with it. At 39.99 it was a bit of an investment for me, but as I usually walk long distances from work so I considered this purchase a must. I usually carry handbags with me but I truly love this backpack. It carries all of my items beautifully and was worth every penny. If you're like me and considering ordering this, do it. I have ordered so many bags online and they have not met my expectations. However, this one has. Thank you so much to Diana Rubio for creating this bag. It is no wonder that it's such a hot seller, for the FIT Back-to-Campus Program, and Barnes & Noble.
