The bookmark itself is awesome for any Tolkien fan to collect and I was so stoked upon its arrival but there were a few issues. There's another yellow string that binds the rest of the tassel together and it unraveled the first day I used it. It's not a big deal but it took me awhile to bind it messily around again. I also feel I could have just had a picture of The Hobbit poster laminated, punched a hole and went to a Arts & Crafts store to buy the string and bead at the end. Still happy to have it, but I could have just made multiple myself and it'd still cost less than $4 for a bookmark.

This went perfect with my Hobbit and LOTR books. You can clearly see each face in the picture on the bookmark.

Having lots of other memorabilia from the LotR decade, this bookmark has its own distinctive place in the collection as it is the full list of the actors playing in the film. The collector who received this was happy to see it made a perfect companion for the book of the art behind the movie about Bilbo and the story of his adventure.

A great gift. I got this bookmark for my sister who is a huge Hobbit fan and she has used it for every book she has read since I gave it to her.
