Meet the Orbit: a turntable built for vinyl lovers.
Easy to setup and use:
The Orbit is ready to play out of the box. We align the cartridge and preset tracking force so no adjustment is needed. Turntable operation is remarkably simple - all you have to do is turn the Orbit on and lower the stylus.
Quiet and consistent:
The Orbit’s low-voltage synchronous motor is decoupled from the plinth to prevent unwanted vibrations from creeping into your music. The precision machined acrylic platter provides tightened bass, more detail, and low wow & flutter. The exposed belt drive plays both 33 1/3 and 45 RPM.
The Orbit’s low-mass tonearm tracks the grooves of your records accurately to provide distortion-free sound. We assemble each arm by hand, using low-resonance materials to ensure that no musical detail is lost. The arm comes pre-fitted with an elliptical diamond stylus* that is balanced by an adjustable stainless steel counterweight.
Need a lift?
The Orbit Cue (optional) makes it easier to safely and precisely cue your records. A great way to prolong the life of your stylus.
Made with love in Boston:
Every Orbit is built and tested by our skilled assembly team in our Woburn, MA workshop. The vast majority of our parts come from the USA. All of our turntables come with a one year warranty and lifetime product support.

Depending on your turntable setup, you may need a phono preamp. The Orbit produces a "phono" signal. You will need a phono preamp to convert this to a "line level" (i.e. AUX) signal. If you have an amp or receiver with a "phono" input then you are all set, otherwise you will need a phono preamp. Click here for the U-Turn Pluto Phono Preamp
