    Not meant for the beginner!

I would like to make it clear that this book is not intended for the beginner. Not that it will not be of interest just that if you are looking for more information than was given in the original book from Mr. Papazian you will not find it in this one. I was disappointed from that stand point. I did not feel that I got enough detailed information in the original book and hoped that this one would pick up where it let off and that is not the case. It is a very good and very detail oriented book just not intended for the early brewer. It will only confuse you further because it is so in depth. Still worth reading by the experienced or master brewer.
