    Not A Good book for new eaters.

    The book doesn't have any organization on when to introduce things. It has beginner recipes with things baby shouldn't have. It might be good for some toddler recipes, but they are listed as baby. I would not recommend to anyone. The Super Baby Food Book is the best I have found.

    Loved it!!!!!!!!!!

    I used this book when I had my second child. I wanted to make healthy inexpensive baby food, and this book was a fantastic tool. I think this book was wonderfully written with loads of information.

    I returned this book . . .

    Many of the dishes are overly simplistic - why do I need a recipe taking up a whole page to cook carrots. What really bothered me though was that this book uses all refined grains and flour, store-bought cereals, baking mixes containing additives, Jell-O mix, food coloring, and large amounts of refined sugar in many recipes. Processed foods are the reason obesity is now a serious problem with children in the U.S. I don't want to start my baby eating these foods.

    A MUST HAVE BOOK!!

    This book explains everything from the seond you start reading it. Its excellent... pediatrician approved and has these cute vignettes that I found very easy to read and helpful!!
