    A reviewer

Whether you are new to homeschooling or have been doing it for a while, Sonya Haskins homeschooling book of lists is a must have. It includes lists from all walks of subjects and there is even a CD so that you can print these lists out for your students. This is the best homeschooling book I've seen!

    Not complete and biased

I bought this book because it was so organized with information at my fingertips. However, it is very unbalanced and Protestant leaning in nature. I expected a more complete list on the Bible history and the contributers of the Bible, how it came to be compiled, etc., but all or most of the contributers were Protestant in nature. How does one think the Bible came to be before the Reformation period? How did the Irish monks come into play in maintaining the Scriptures? Who put together the texts so one could read it in Latin? What about Jerome (St. Jerome)? None of these are mentioned because of the author's bias. Please at least give some kind of mention about it being a biased slant towards Protestantism in your introduction, acknowledgements, somewhere! I was extremely disappointed, as it was so incomplete and slanted. I would NOT recommend buying it if you want the whole truth on lists, or buy it and tweak the lists into what is true.

What you need and Where to Find It!

This book my Mrs. Haskins is a wonderful grouping of information that is sometimes very hard to find. This book has been very helpful in working with my 3rd and 4th grade girls! I would recommend this book to all home school parents!
