I have read every book I can since I began homeschooling my very active and challenging son. This book is my guide for everything, and the best part is she also recommends other great books, web sites, etc. to help you on your homeschool journey. When I'm having an especially difficult day this is my go to book to remind me everything will be ok and that it's always good to take a break and all the work will still be there to get back to later, that's the beauty of homeschooling we can make and change our schedule any way we want.

Im a 16 yr old girl whos homeschooled. If youre thinking about homeschooling youre kids please think again. My mom started homeschooling me and my siblings right before we moved to a new town. Now i have barely any friends. The kids in my neighborhood arent very friendly and never really greeted me. The only friends i have are at my church. One more thing. Mothers who are thinking of homeschooling their daughters- if you homeschool them through highschool they will never go to any dances or the senior prom. Remember how special youre own prom was. Do you really want you daughters to never be able to wear that gorgeous dress and have their hair done fancy and get manicures and all? Think first. Maybe youre kids will like it at first when theyre little but as they get older the will realize its not all its cut out to be
