    Good Cookbook

    The recipes in this cookbook are not the easiest and are probably not for beginners or for intermediate cooks who still make beginners mistakes (like forgetting to rinse the eggplant after it's been salted and set aside).

    But for intermediates who don't mind spending an hour preparing delicious meals or side dishes, it's perfect. I've enjoyed the dishes I've made from this book and look forward to sharing more.
