Years ago when I was a regular at a small bar, I met another group of regulars at the same bar. They had some of the funniest and most unusual stories to tell and when I found out more about them, it was with good reason: they were all police officers. Brian Foster's books are like that. You have to imagine yourself sitting and listening to the stories members of our law enforcement establishment tell themselves every day. This book is not for the faint of heart. Police have a tough job and many of these stories emerge from the nasty and dirty underbelly of society, a world they work around day in and day out. The book pulls no punches. If you are easily offended, buy another book but if you want to read about life and crime from a police officer's perspective, read on.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
