Honey Badger Don't Care: Randall's Guide to Crazy, Nastyass Animalsby Randall, Randall
Sweet Jesus—a riotous wildlife book for adults! The mononymous Randall, narrator of the You Tube sensation (more than 40 MILLION views) “The Crazy Nastyass Honey Badger,” is the wild new voice of nature. In Honey Badger Don’t Care, Randall presents a dozen crazy, badass animals of the wild kingdom as only Randall could.
Never before has wildlife narration been this bold and this hilarious. More than 40 million people have viewed Randall’s honey badger video, “The Crazy Nastyass Honey Badger.” “It has no regard for anyone or anything—it just takes what it wants! What a little badass!”
When viewing wildlife footage, who hasn’t thought at times, “Ewww! What the hell is that?!” Randall thinks it — and says so! In Honey Badger Don’t Care, Randall examines and humorously informs on a dozen crazy, nasty animals of the wild kingdom employing his unique style of telling it like it is! His wildlife writing is refreshingly honest. If an animal scares Randall, he’s not afraid to share. Unlike most nature writers, Randall doesn’t deliver the sugarcoated or drab description. He “goes there” and shares his true feelings with his audience. Because of this, his readers feel that they can relate.
Randall loves animals—even the ones that terrify him. He may not agree with how these animals conduct themselves in the world, but Randall wants everyone to know who they are. Just as he introduced the world to the honey badger, the Jesus lizard, and others, so will Randall shed light on twelve bizarre and interesting animals.
Designed with callouts, sidebars, and more than fifty photos, Honey Badger Don’t Care presents a wildlife book for adults—hilarious, irreverent, profane, yet charming, chatty, and informative. Don’t be stupid—buy this book!

Bought it for my college age daughters and they loved it.
My husband and I have been big fans for the Honey Badger video on YouTube narrated by Randall. So when I saw this book coming out, I pre-ordered it without knowing anything about it. I am glad that I did. It is a really funny book, but it also showcases some really interesting animals and it tries to shed light on how endangered some of these amazing creatures are. Randall narrates the book so his humor comes through, there were several times where I laughed out loud. There is some use of foul language, which is why I said not for kids, but perfect with adults with a sense of humor. Another benefit of this book are the pictures of these rare and endangered animals. Who know there was such a thing as a pink armadillo???
Honey Badger Don't Care by Randall Pictures 5 STARS language 1 STAR Educational 4 STARS I have never seen or heard about the ytube video so I was just thinking oh cute animal book. Yes it has great pictures and most of the animals I did not know anything about even that existed. Boy was I shocked at all the swearing. I would not recommend for kids who can read. I don't even want my 21 & 22 year old to read it. Hardly swear and try not to. So if you don't mind swearing all the time this book is for you. The animals that it covers are the Honey Badger, the Aye-Aye, Tasmanian Devil, the Emperor Tamarin, Pink Fairy Armadello,The Tarsier, Opossum, Solenodon, Wombat, American Bullfrog, Sloth. All of them are having to struggle to survive and their habat is disappearing and I know we need to care and protect wildlife. This book can reach some people with its humor and foul langage. I would love to see them all in person but I know thats impossible even with zoos. I was given this ebook to read in exchange for honest review from Netgalley. 01/24/2012 PUB Andrews McMeel Publishing
