Honky Tonk, Vol. 3: Rockin' Country

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
Honky Tonk, Vol. 3: Rockin' Country is a brief budget-line collection that contains nine neo-traditionalist singles from the '80s, concentrating on honky tonkers with a pronounced backbeat. There's a little bit of filler on the compilation, but by and large it's an entertaining collection, considering its budget price. Among the featured artists are Diamond Rio "Meet in the Middle", Brooks and Dunn "Brand New Man", the Kentucky Headhunters "Dumas Walker", Waylon Jennings "Egale" and Highway 101 "I Can't Love You Baby".
