On top of that she's a confirmed foodie, she nearly went to culinary school and then figured out she could save a ton of money if she just watched food shows religiously! She's a self-proclaimed master chef, certified deep sea dolphin trainer, finder of leprechaun's gold at the end of the rainbow, and rumor has it she keeps the Troll King locked away in her basement. All of which is untrue, however, she does have an incredibly active imagination and loves to share her crazy thoughts with the world!

I actually did not realize that this was part of a series when I got this!! Even though I haven't read the
first book, I don't think your gonna need to read it in order for each book has different characters in them
so you don't really have to read them in order!

Marie Hall has brought us a whole new Fiary Tale...this time love comes to those that are bad!!
In this specific book, we are introduced to the one mean Pirate of Neverland.....the one man who holds a
grudge, has filled his soul with hatred on one Peter Pan - a man in a boy's body - that knows he will
never find love other than his dead maiden.

Until his fairy godmother steps in with a surprise.

This book will make you want a fairy godmother watching over you and finding your true mate so you
don't have to waste your talent on other men!!! :)

Great book...probably should have read the first one to see which Kingdom we are at, but not necessary.
If you plan on reading the Kingdom series go ahead and read the first one, it's the Mad Hatter and
    we all love the Hatter!!!

So let's find those soul mates for these bad boys. They've been alone to long, in my book!

James Hook of "Neverland" has loved and lost his darling mermaid but she is reborn in the form of a mortal, Trishelle. Hook's fairy godmother brings Trish from the mortal realm to Neverland to ease James' troubled heart. This is not the story we grew up reading or watching but it is an interesting take on the fairytale world. In these "bad boy" stories the glass slipper is on the other foot, so to speak. We find out that the boys aren't quite as bad as we'd been led to believe but just bad enough. Ms. Hall has taken an old story and made it new again with delicious, delightful characters. I've never rooted for the so called villian before but in this case it was a distinct pleasure. Bravo, Ms. Hall.

I am completely hooked to the Kingdom Collection Series.  All the books have been amazing but I absolutely love the story of Hook.  I love how Marie Hall has taken our everyday fairy tales and added a little twist to them. she has allowed us to look into her imagination and give us a chance to fall in love with a new look at the fairy tales that we grew up loving. Hook's Pan is no exception.

Captain Hook is defiantly worth swooning over. An very sexy, attractive, smoldering man.  He is very smooth and charming.
He is so good at getting women  drawn to his ways and his amazing sex appeal. The fact that he calls Trish little bird makes me gush over him so much more, and I think  is absolutely adorable.

Trish is a blunt and sassy girl, and she  isn't the type to just lay down and let things happen. She wants control of her own life, and doesn't really care about what everyone else thinks.

Again, Marie Hall has drawn me and showed me her amazing writing talent.  I am such a big far of her's and I would recommend all her books to anyone and everyone that will listen.

    Great book

Ive never read a book quite like this. A fairy tale turned ino a very good romance. I liked the twists and turns in this book. And the story itself was great. Im definately going to read more from this author. Would recommend!

This book has wonderful world building as it fashions an alterative dimension where all the stories we have heard are true but with more
layers.  This is the fifth book in the series featuring story tale villains as the hero. The hero of this book is James Hook of Peter Pan fame
and he is delicious. For those of you loving the villain/criminal love interest, this is a great book for you. He is a pirate. He drinks. He has
his own code. He  never reforms. He is true blue to his lady.

His lady is less interesting than he is but none the less they have fun witty exchanges and good chemistry. I would have liked more than
the three days of a rushed romance or more of an epilogue but overall the romance worked.

The first book in this series featuring the Mad Hatter was much less successful for me than this one so I am happy to report that this is a
wonderful world worth your frolic and that the sereis will be continuing.

I was given this book for my honest review.

If you like these themes, you should enjoy this book. Look out! Spoilers below!

I received an e-copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

I love fairy tales! Add a new twist to them and I'm so on board! Marie Hall certainly delivers that twist by telling the tales of our favorite fairy tale villains and how they come to have their Happily Ever After. 'Cause even a villain needs that special someone to love!

Hook's Pan is a delightful tale filled with humor, romance and enough swagger in the form of Captain James Hook to turn any girls heart. *sigh* I have to admit that ever since they introduced Hook on Once Upon A Time I've had quite a crush on the Captain and even though the TV show and Hall's Kingdom series aren't remotely related, I seem to be drawn to bad boys (yes Hook & Hatter, I'm talking about you!)

Hook may be captain of the Jolly Roger, but Trishelle (Trisha) isn't one to let him order her around like one of his mates. She's feisty, funny and can hold her own against whatever the Kingdom throws at her. This being Hook's tale, we also get to see Peter Pan and Tinkerbell. I personally think that Hall hit the nail right on the head with her characterization of Peter as an obnoxious brat and Tink as anything but the sweet little fairy that Disney would want us to believe.

The pace is fast, the chemistry between Trisha and Hook is HOT, and we're set up for an HEA! What more could you want in a fairy tale? Hook's Pan is the fifth in the Kingdom series and wraps up the original Bad Five, but Hall leaves us with a note that she has more Kingdom tales to tell and I can't wait to read them!!!

What a fun spin on Captain Hook!
I read "Hook's Pan" in Kingdom Series Collection Part 2. I enjoy Marie Hall's writing. It is amazing how someone can come up with those wonderful twisted stories that are full of charm, humor, sensuality and sweetness. This novella is the fifth installment in the Kingdom Series. The Bad Five are not as bad as they are made out to be in the original fairy tales. They are just misunderstood and need the love and understanding from their true mate. Each of the characters is flawed with real issues that many will relate to. Their paths are never simple or straight forward, but there is someone for everyone, at least if Danika (their fairy godmother) has her say.
Caption James Hook is a pirate, drinks to much, and has his own code. He has already loved and lost and he only wants revenge against his nemesis Peter Pan. Will he be able to see Trisha as she is and open up his heart again?
Trishelle has a sad past and does not believe in love. She has two faces: the one that she shows the world and the more guarded, sad and distrustful of men side. Danika is convinced that Trisha's soul is an old one forever tied to Hook's.
This story has some great snappy dialogue. As Trisha and Hook get to know one another in conversation and some erotic encounters, they eventually learn to love and recognize their true bond.
This series is fun, adventures, exciting and enjoyable to read. It is made for the adult audience. I also enjoyed cameos of earlier characters. I will never look at the old fairy tails the same way again.

What a fantastic spin on Captain Hook!  (I might blush every time my kid watches Jake and the Neverland Pirates on the Disney channel).

Marie does an excellent job of making these magical beings and creatures seem that they just might exist in our own realm.

I have 2 more books to read in this series (I went out of order), and I CANNOT wait to read about the other 2 Bad Boys of Kingdom!!!

Hook and Trish's journey isn’t necessarily a complex one – the book isn’t very long and it is a quick read – but it is an enjoyable one. I loved the world that Hall creates for us. I LOVED this book. It brought to light a new side to fairy tales. In this case Hook and Peter Pan. What if Hook wasn’t such a villain and what if Peter Pan was really the bad guy? Well played Ms. Hall. This is a must read for fairy tale lovers.

In this book we have Trish who is to play Peter Pan in a play when she is transported to Neverland by a fairy godmother. She ends up at James Hook’s feet. Hook thinks that she is the real Peter Pan until he discovers she is a woman. Danika the fairy godmother tells Hook and Trish that they are soul mates. Trish must stay in Neverland for 3 days. Trish doesn’t believe in love and Hook must convince her that they are meant for each other.
