Do not buy or read this book.   This piece of trash real name is Karen Severson, in 1985 her and another friend Laura Doyle, lured their best  friend  Missy Avila to her death.   They beat, and drowned her and placed a 100 pound log on her tiny body.   She then moved in with the Avila family and grieved with them, all the while knowing she was the killer.   she is a liar and a murderer trying to profit  off of Missy's murder.   She has never even apologized for what she has done.
