A World of Hope in a Small Book

Hope is a small book, but it is a treasure. I have never read a book so compelling and truthful in its delivery. Joel gives us all HOPE in overcoming adversity. It picks up where Signals leaves off.

    Hope is ... Living.

'Hope,' and Joel Rothschild, its author, is a reminder: to get up each morning realizing its blessedness, to live throughout the day eagerly and happily inhaling every thing that is brought to you to experience. The good is in the bad, and the bad is not nearly as bad as we let ourselves think. There is an amazing connectedness between the powers of the Universe and ourselves; and there is a challenge in it all: to live and love each milisecond of each day, with all the people who are, daily, brought into our lives. It's all gift, and Joel is one of the most amazing gifts to our Universe. Learn from him, let his words mentor you into being a Being: to teach and empower; challenge and motivate; cherish and love. Buy many copies of this book as well as Joel's other book 'Signals.' Buy them, give them to your friends and watch the world change, one person at a time.

    Hope by Joel Rothschild

The greatest sorrow for me with these little books of Joel's is coming to the last page. I read his first book 'Signals' about 2 years ago. I no longer have my copy as I have loaned it out many many times. To those grieving, those who question the pathways of loved ones after passing, and those who have shared with me strange stories of connection after a loved one has passed. There is a very profound message in Hope. LOVE IS ETERNAL. The one thing dying cannot take away, as love is an emotion, an energy of expression it survives the body. I have always thought the only thing we take with us when we die is the love we have and shared here and our memories. What I find most endearing about Joel Rothchild is in his humble sharing of human experience he is a walking testimonial of no matter what curve ball one is given in life you leave his books knowing, 'I can do this!' I find it incredible the power of such a tiny book. Whether you relate to his life script and find similarities, or not, you identify with him. We all cross the threshold of personal sorrow, Joel shows you there is that tunnel on the otherside. I would like to say through Joel's candid sharing of just how low a person can sink will endear you to him because at one point in life we have all felt so low you wanted to lay down in rush hour traffic, or worse of all not go on. Joel I feel is a messenger of human spirit and that something greater guides us. Because if you are reading his book you didn't lay down in traffic, that little spark of light that lives inside us and refuses to be extinguished, carried you on. To connect to that little spark is a magical feeling. This book did that for me many times over. I got chills and welled up with tears of joy, which also come from your heart in the knowing of what you are procesing is of purity and affirms the greater forces that guide us all. God comes in many forms and often in the most sweet and silent of ways, there are messages of the highest order in both of Joels books. Is it no wonder Joel himself defies medical science? His pen changes lives for the better, and we all could use as much of that as we can get! God Bless You Joel Rothchild. Thank you for your wonderful 'little books' as they are profound in their pages.

Hope: A Story of Triumph. delivers exactly that

Hope is an inspiration to all! No matter what a persons present or past life situation, from the terminally ill, to those suffering through deep loss, to those of us who are blessed to be healthy. (As am I.) Joel has opened up his life and struggles to us to show that it is indeed possible to triumph over whatever life has to offer, transforming perceived diversities into tools for tremendous personnel growth. If you are as blessed as I am, to be in great health and have a great life, Hope will most assuredly fill you with gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon you. A wonderful book. Thank you Joel!

    How beautiful was HOPE

I read this book after loosing my wonderful 25 year old gay son to suicide. I struggled terribly missing him. He and my daughter are my whole life! After reading HOPE I was so thankful that Joel Rothschild wrote this book. It made me realize that I can go on and how I need to look differently at life and enjoy every second we have on this earth. But most of all, I believe everyone should read this book. There is so much insight to help all of us thru just every day living!

    Hope: A Story of Triumph

Having read Joel Rothschild's new book HOPE, I would like to recommend it to EVERYONE. It's a wonderful book, and such a shining example of one man's courage, spirit, strength, and hope. I experienced many emotions while reading HOPE, and thru Joel's experiences and outlook on life, and his ability too explain and teach life's lessons, I know that I have profited immensely. Joel shows us that life is a gift and thru his unconditional love, teaches us that life always has a purpose, and that every second counts. I think everyone who reads HOPE will definitely come away a better person.

    Hope: A Story of Triumph

After thoroughly enjoying Joel Rothschild's first book 'Signals', and having bought countless copies for friends and family, we eagerly awaited Joel's Second book 'Hope'. However, we could never have imagined how much impact this book could have. Having previously read an extract of 'Hope' from Joel's website ... and already being aware that 'Hope' was written in a different vein from 'Signals', we were totally overjoyed to find 'Hope' had surpassed all our expectations. Joel Rothschild is an inspiration to all of us, and through 'Hope' invites you into his life and it's lessons so that we can all benefit. This is NOT only a book for HIV/Aids sufferers, or a gay book, or even a book for those coping with tragedy or disease. Joel's gift is to lift his personal experiences, often poignantly described, and show they can apply to anyone. This then is a book for everyone from all walks of life young and old! This is a thoroughly enjoyable and interesting book throughout, which is a pure pleasure to read. As you turn each page you are given an insight into Joel's life and how he transformed adversity into a gift, how instead of becoming the victim, Joel chose to be the survivor and to cherish each moment life has to offer. Each page offers valuable information, insight and the realisation that it is not what happens to us but how we respond to it that truly makes the difference in our lives. If there is to be only one book that you read, let it be this one! You won't regret it for a single second, but will value it for years to come.

    Hope: A Story of Triumph

Joel Rothschild has yet again excelled himself in writing a book for all! I found 'SIGNALS' to be a Joy to read, but somehow Joel has gone one step further with 'HOPE' Each page has something to offer everyone, from all walks of life, all age groups; everyone will learn valuable lessons about themselves and gain inspiration to face the upheavels as well as the Joy's of our lifes path. Everyone I know who has read this book has been touched in a personal and special way thanks to Joel! I recommend this book to one and all.....

A explanation of how to thrive, when u have faced great loss or suffering

A motivating book that shows us how important a mind can be in healing a heart or illness. As Joel walks us through a look at his own suffering, he makes us see how powerful attitude is. I found this to be an inspiration! This man has faced the most trying of challenges and managed to thrive, not just survive. He explains how one does this, in simple format, and shows us that even with suffering we can still find happiness. I highly recomend this book to anyone who is or knows someone who needs guidance through desperate times. They WILL be inspired to move forward to enjoy and appreciate living life to its fullest. I know anyone who reads this will never forget its powerful message.
