    I highly recommend this book.

    ND Natasha Turner apperared on the Dr. Oz show and I liked what she was saying about how hormones effect our weight and general health. This book is a must read for all those interested in natural healing and who shun the world of pharmaceutical drugs.

    I Also Recommend:

    The best book I've read all year

    This book was fantastic. Dr. Turner did an excellent job of explaining the way our hormones work and interact with each other. She explains things in a way that is very easy to understand, but still gives us a great deal of information. She also provides some quizzes to help you determine which of your hormones are the most out of synch so that you can customize a plan to meet your specific needs. Her plan is easy to follow and makes perfect sense. It's not some crazy new diet, it's just basic sound nutrition and a balanced lifestyle. This book helped me understand why the things that i have tried in the past did not work. For the first time in my life i feel like the weight is falling off, and I'm not killing myself to get results. I think this book would be beneficial to anyone that has been trying to lose weight, but hasn't been experiencing results.

    I wanted to like this book. I really did. But, what you get tire

    I wanted to like this book. I really did. But, what you get tired of really quickly are books that either offer up a bunch of medical mumbo jumbo, leave you feeling like you are starving or they talk down to you like it is entirely your fault that you are fat. I was ready to just give up on trying to lose weight after trying this book. But then I found The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution for sale here on BN. It really does show you how to lose weight and when you do lose weight like I did, it shows you the best way to not pack those pounds back on. The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution has made a big difference in my life already. I have already lost 9 pounds and it feels good.
