    I HAVE JUST FINISHSED READING THE HORMONE SURVIVAL GUIDE FOR PERIMENOPAUSE. IT IS ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I HAVE READ AND NOT HAVE TO TAKE TO LONG AND GIVES YOU STEP BY STEP WHAT TO DO AND HOW IT WORKS.
