When MAD released their special Batman collection back in July 2012, I got it and was soon reminded of how hilarious the mag was growing up. After several visits to used bookstores revealed old copies of MAD mass market paperbacks, I started reading them again and have amassed quite a collection. I bought Horrifyingly MAD in hardcover with a B&N gift card I received for Christmas, and I love what I've read of it. There were some 'classic' horror films and horror TV shows I haven't seen, so I skipped those... but the satires I read were great. I recommend this to anyone who likes funny comics and a good satire at the expense of the horror genre. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
