I truly enjoyed reading this book. It kept me guessing to the very end. The characters were very well written. The author kept me guessing and switching from one character to another; trying to figure out who the killer was. But I can tell you, it's who you lease expect. I challenge anyone to guess the killer before the author expose the killer!!!!

I liked this book and did not guess whodunit. I wasn't used to the English terms and spent a good bit of time using the dictionary. I would read this author again - lots of twists and turns. I didn't get some of the British references and felt this was written specifically for the UK readers.

Good book. A little slow at times. Writing style is awkward. Transistion is confusing. Main character imo is annoying and unlikable but in the end you truly begin to like her. The ending is crazy and worthwhile getting to the end of the book.

This 475 page book has more twists and turns then a hula dancer. It is a British mystery, romance novel and has very few editing errors. There was a lot of British words I was unfamilar with. I figured out most of them, but some threw me for a loop. I liked the characters. There was quite a bit of uneccessary actions which prolonged the story and did not add much to it. I enjoyed this book even if the abundant murders, numerous injuries and outrageous clues got on my nerves at times. There is some cursing, mild sex, a violent rape episode, a lot of murder, an abundance of suspects, countless moves and mayham on the heroine. The ending was nicely done if a little drawn out. I am betting on a sequal. Recommend fo readers 18 and up. Geared more to the female reader, but I think many males would enjoy this book also. AD

A lot of plot twists, but entertaining. A fun read, a lot of murders and a surprise ending. Plenty of "British english" slang - but easy to decipher.

I will give an A for effort. Lots of words. Plot was disconnected. The mystery ending was okay, but the character development was weak and the writing style was weird. I did not like it.
