Susan Crosby started writing contemporary romances to entertain herself when her children were small. When they entered school, she returned to college and earned her B.A. in English, then began writing as a career, her longtime goal.

Having grown up at the beach in Southern California during the heyday of the Beach Boys, Susan still loves the feel of sand between her toes, early morning ocean swims, and that yellow polka dot bikini she wishes she could wear just one more time!

    Arianna in Love???

    Arianna Alvorado, who's a P.I., has a personal interest in an unsolved homicide. She needs Joe Vicente to help her solve this case. The case end ups being personal in many ways for both. The H/h are both in their 30s-she's 33 been in the Army for 8 years and he's 39 with 18 years as a police officer. I like that they are a little older and have lived life a little. Ms Crosby has created both as real and fallible people I so wanted them to have a HEA. This is the 3rd in The Behind Closed Doors series which has been great. I understand next year there will be more, oh boy! My guess is we have met one of the heroes of next year's books in this one <g>
