Overview

Is there anything sexier than a hot man surrounded by adorable kids? Budding entrepreneur and former elite gymnast Caja Montgomery certainly doesn’t think so. A firm adherent to the hit it and quit it school of sex it only takes one encounter with Michael Fauatea, a hot-to-death elementary school teacher to make her question her principles, her libido, and finally her sanity. Much too busy to invest time in relationships she has always preferred jump-offs; men who are no more interested in commitment than she is. It's an ideal situation, she gets her sexual needs met and still has plenty of time for her true passion: Brickhouse, the chain of fitness centers she owns. As far as she’s concerned, Michael will be no different, or so she thinks. Unfortunately for Caja, Michael just isn't a casual sex kind of guy. He lets her know in no uncertain terms that he’s not prepared to settle for anything less than a committed relationship. To Caja’s stunned amazement he cuts her off leaving her bewitched, bothered and bewildered beyond belief. Before she gets the chance to address the way he has turned the tables on her, outside forces threaten her nascent empire. Surviving this attack will take all the skill and fortitude Caja possesses. Will she be able to keep Brickhouse and Michael too?

Meet the Author

I grew up in a small town north Alabama town and, except for brief stints in larger cities, lived in that area most of my life. Though now living in the buzzing metropolis of Atlanta, I'll always be an small town girl at heart! I've worked in both publishing and finance, but most of my career was spent in the social service field. My first book, Rock Star, was inspired by my lifelong obsession with rock music, which, at the time, made me something of an oddity amongst my friends. Music is far more universal these days, and continues to spark my creativity in new and imaginative ways.

    Teacher gives a good lesson

Great plot. Female lead in this story is strong and successful. Chemistry between the characters is hot! I really enjoyed this story.

    Anonoymous

A good read and a good example do not judge and make assumptions about people before you really known them. I liked how the lead male character stood his ground although the lead female was more successful financially.
